What is the Restaura method?
If you feel your body is asking for a change, here's a space to listen to it, understand it, and restore it. Improve your posture and release accumulated tension through mindful movement, breathwork, and self-exploration.
The Restaura Method is a comprehensive approach that combines physical and psychological techniques to achieve a profound transformation in people.
Its main objective is to align the body and mind, improving two key aspects:

How does the Restore Method work?
We'll begin with a 90-minute introductory session designed to explore and address the factors that create tension in your body. During this session, we'll delve into the key aspects you need to know before moving on to more practical sessions. This initial approach ensures that our interventions in the Restaura Method are highly effective and personalized.
Subsequently, we will conduct three 60-minute sessions spread over three months. Each technique or exercise I present is specifically tailored to your body structure, integrating a holistic approach that combines biomechanical alignment, mindful movement, and somatic techniques with psychoeducational exercises. This process aims not only to improve your physical well-being but also to promote a comprehensive transformation.
All four sessions will be conducted entirely online. You'll have downloadable materials at the end of each session so you can continue your journey toward holistic health without disrupting your daily routine. In the final session, we'll conduct another postural assessment. We'll analyze your progress and adjust the strategies based on your future needs.
The main objective is to provide you with effective tools in these four sessions to restore your physical well-being and teach you how to continue on this path towards holistic health.
